Sushi Fukurou, the intimate 12-course sushi omakase destination located inside Buho Cantina in Waikiki, proudly announces the launch of its completely reimagined seasonal menu. This milestone marks the first full course menu overhaul under the creative direction of the restaurant’s newly appointed Head Chef.

Departing from typical extravagance, the new menu is deeply rooted in pure intention, restraint, and exceptional flavor. Every single course has been meticulously crafted to honor time-tested traditional Japanese techniques while seamlessly incorporating ingredients exclusive to the Hawaiian Islands.
