Paris Hawaii announces the launch of its new seasonal course, showcasing thoughtfully crafted dishes inspired by the changing seasons and the restaurant’s island French culinary philosophy.

Led by Chef Yuya Yamanaka, the new seasonal course highlights carefully selected ingredients and refined techniques, offering guests a dining experience that reflects both creativity and seasonality. Each course is designed to create a cohesive progression of flavors, emphasizing balance, freshness, and attention to detail.

The seasonal menu is now available at Paris Hawaii, located in SALT at Kakaʻako. Guests are invited to experience the latest chapter of the restaurant’s evolving culinary journey.
