Led by Chef Yuya Yamanaka, the new seasonal course highlights carefully selected ingredients and refined techniques, offering guests a dining experience that reflects both creativity and seasonality. The seasonal menu is now available at Paris Hawaii, located in SALT at Kakaʻako. Guests are invited to experience the latest chapter of the restaurant’s evolving culinary journey.
